Booking or staying at our property signifies your agreement with the policies below:

1. Reservation & Payment

• 50% deposit due at booking
• Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
• Payments accepted via credit card or direct website booking

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before check-in
• No refund if canceled within 14 days of check-in

3. Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out upon request & availability (fee may apply)

4. Guest Requirements

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• ID verification required
• Max occupancy: 16 guests
• Only registered guests allowed overnight

5. House Rules

• No smoking indoors
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties or events without prior approval

6. Pool & Hot Tub Use

• Use at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No glass near the pool or hot tub
• Waiver must be signed by guests before use

7. Cleaning & Damages

• Property must be left in reasonably clean condition
• Charges apply for excess cleaning or damages

8. Weather & Wildlife

• No refunds for weather-related issues
• Respect local wildlife; do not feed animals

9. Liability

Forest Hills Pool LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.

10. Local Laws

All guests must comply with Vilas County short-term rental regulations and ordinances.

11. Check-Out Policy

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be approved and may incur a fee. Please:
• Wash all used dishes or load and start the dishwasher
• Place used towels in the bathroom tub or laundry area
• Do not remove any bedding from beds. Our cleaning team will handle all linen changes
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked
• Turn thermostats to 67°F before departure
• Turn off all lights and appliances
